ExProFi (Expert Product Finder) and all of its subdomain sites (collectively referred to as “the Sites”) participate in affiliate marketing programmes. This means that when you click a link to a product or service on our Sites and subsequently make a purchase, we may receive a commission from the retailer or affiliate network at no additional cost to you.
This Affiliate Disclosure is provided in compliance with the United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255), as well as applicable international disclosure requirements.
Affiliate Programmes We Participate In
We currently participate in or intend to participate in the following affiliate programmes:
- Amazon Associates — We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and its international affiliates.
- ShareASale — An affiliate network connecting us to a range of retail and digital product merchants.
- CJ Affiliate (Commission Junction) — An affiliate network through which we promote selected products and services.
- Impact — An affiliate partnership platform through which we may promote SaaS, digital, and consumer products.
- Individual brand affiliate programmes — We may also participate directly in affiliate programmes offered by individual brands and retailers outside of these networks.
This list may be updated as we join additional programmes. The absence of a programme from this list does not necessarily mean we do not participate in it.
How Affiliate Links Work
When you click an affiliate link on our Sites, a tracking cookie is placed on your device by the affiliate network or retailer. This cookie records that you arrived at the retailer’s website via our link. If you complete a purchase within the cookie’s validity window (which varies by programme), we receive a commission.
You are never charged more because you clicked our affiliate link. The price you pay is identical whether you arrive at a retailer’s website through our link or directly.
How This Affects Our Editorial Independence
It does not. Our editorial recommendations are based on research, product quality, value for money, and relevance to our readers — not on commission rates.
Specifically:
- We do not accept payment to feature or positively review any product
- We do not rank products higher because they offer higher commissions
- We disclose the weaknesses and limitations of products we recommend
- We include products in our comparisons regardless of whether they have an affiliate programme
- We will recommend against a product if our research indicates it does not represent good value
Our long-term reputation and reader trust are our most valuable assets. We will not compromise them for short-term affiliate income.
Identifying Affiliate Links
Affiliate links on our Sites may not always be visually distinguishable from standard links. The presence of an affiliate link in any article should be assumed unless explicitly stated otherwise. This disclosure page serves as a site-wide notice covering all affiliate links across all ExProFi subdomain sites.
Where practical, we will include in-article disclosures at the top of articles that contain affiliate links, typically in the form of: “This article contains affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you buy through our links, at no extra cost to you.”

ExProFi does not currently publish sponsored posts or paid editorial content. All articles on our Sites are produced independently by our editorial team. If this policy changes in the future, sponsored content will be clearly labelled as such.
